Project Quality Management

Project quality management is a critical aspect of the actual organization and an integral project management. It includes the processes and activities that determine the quality policy, objectives, and accountability are necessary to ensure that project requirements are met. Quality Management in the project fulfills the organization's quality management system through policies, procedures, and continuous improvement, as appropriate. The quality management system include the critical processes of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control.

Quality planning is an integral part of project management. It identifies the relevant quality standards and determine how they can best be met.

Quality assurance exercises ensure that the quality of project management processes are necessary for the requirements of the project as planned and systematic manner.

Quality Control will monitor a specific project outputs and determines compliance with applicable standards. It also identifies the risk factors for the project, their mitigation, and is looking for ways to prevent and eliminate the unsatisfactory performance.

In summary, Project Quality Management is based on the organization's products and services.
