Project Procurement Management is part of the project management process in which the products or services purchased or obtained from outside the existing employee base (which would work on the project), that the task or project. There are basically two different types of procurement, one in which the company is responsible for this particular product or service on the basis of a legal contract, the PPM includes the contract management responsibility for this team to the specific tasks to different members. Both project management processes are essential to business success. Project Procurement Management may also include the responsibility of the contracts, which the buyer has to work for this specific project for a certain vendor, this contract has been placed between the one and the service of a certain group, which was responsible for the completion of this project. PPM includes a number of tasks, including the planning process as one to decide what to acquire, or purchase and how they do it. Then they intend to contract, which provides a legal document exchange. After the preparation of legal documents, the seller can respond to inquiries such as the variety of offers or proposals. If these answers are feeded back to them, who will review the various offers and choose to whom the project is granted. Most importantly, the process of Project Procurement Management includes project management of relations of both the buyer and the seller through a contract. Contractor shall determine the closure of the project initiative.
