The Project Communications Management plays an important role in keeping the project management team, all members of a single sheet. Without the communication of all team members and project stakeholders to be able to breakdown processes, which could have a negative impact on the final product.
The project manager must know the communication processes through effective project management. First of all, planning should be to determine what information must be communicated to all stakeholders in the project. Then, that information must be made available to stakeholders, and set up on time. Performance should also be taken into account by reporting the project status, progress and forecasting. Finally, communication with stakeholders to manage the project so that all requirements are met and to resolve issues immediately. Interplay and overlap among the processes of communication is essential and expected in all phases of project management

There are also a number of important components of the project management side, which must be taken into account. Encoding, or translating the satisfaction of everyone understand what we are talking about. The output of the encoding is the message that is conveyed through a medium. Disorders have been invited to the message, the noise and, finally, the message must be decoded as the meaning for all concerned.
